The petitioner wants consideration of his application dated 17.8.2024 wherein it is alleged that certain private respondents are encroaching upon the petitioner's land. 3. However, neither the alleged encroachers are arrayed as parties nor any direction would be required to be issued to the District Magistrate, Agra for such relief. 4. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court/forum for obtaining necessary injunction against the individuals who are interfering with the petitioner's land, this petition is consigned to record.
