To kindly direct the respondent authority to pass appropriate order to decide the representation of the petitioner as to her joining back. ii. To kindly direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to join her duties as her services with all consequential benefits. iii. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with 3 liberty to file appropriate application/petition before appropriate forum/Court. 3.
