None present for respondent No.4. 4. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.498 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021 registered with P.S. Jhabrera, District Haridwar, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 452, 504 and 506 of IPC. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 26.12.2021 against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the said fact. 7. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, a liberty is given to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 8. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
