The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue as writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 District Magistrate/Collector Jaunpur to decide the complaint dated 23-5-2024 made by the petitioner against the respondent no.3 most expeditiously within a period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that complaint of petitioner has been rejected by order dated 19.1.2025. A copy of the aforesaid order has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner by learned Standing Counsel today. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue his legal remedy. 5.
