Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is not having any previous case. He further submitted that the petitioner is in custody from 08.08.2025 and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate Criminal Side appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted the investigation is not completed.
