The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of entire proceedings, including orders dated 23.01.2024, 22.03.2024, 08.05.2024 & 01.07.2024, of Misc. Case No.2098 of 2023 (Vimla Vs. Neeraj), under Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C., Police Station - Tajganj, District - Agra, pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the opposite party no.2/wife was awarded maintenance by the Family Court and that there are huge arrears of maintenance and that applicant may be permitted to deposit the arrears of maintenance in reasonable installments. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today for paying the arrears in reasonable installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
