This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Opposite Party No. 2/ Executive Magistrate/ Deputy Police Commissioner, Yamunanagar, Commissionerate Prayagraj to decide the proceedings under Sections 145 & 146 Cr.P.C. have been initiated by the applicants in respect of land in question Arazi No. Khatara No. 3453, located in village Kapasi Khurd, Patgana Khairgarh, Tehsil Koraon, District- Prayagraj, within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicants have initiated proceedings under Sections 145 & 146 Cr.P.C. in respect of land in question Arazi No. Khatara No. 3453, located in village Kapasi Khurd, Patgana Khairgarh, Tehsil Koraon, District- Prayagraj in the year 2019, which is still pending before the Opposite Party No. 2. 4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No. 2/ Executive Magistrate/ Deputy Police Commissioner, Yamunanagar, Commissionerate Prayagraj, to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
