Heard learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing respondent NO.2 to decide the Suit Case NO. 6695/2020 (Computer Case No.T202005440106695) (Purnwasi and others Vs. Arvind and others) under section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 regarding the Arazi No.145/0.308hect.. 146/0.073hect., 143/0.372 hect., 197/0.854hect.. 162/0.48Dec., 163/1.00 Acr, 197 situated in Sakin Siswagoiti, Tappa- Basi, Chirgoda, Pargana Sidhua Jobana, Tehsil Padrauna, District- Kushinagar, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From perusal of the writ petition and annexures annexed thereto, it appears that the aforementioned case is pending since 2020 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Padrauna, District-Kushinagar to consider and decide the aforementioned case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
