1. Heard Mr. Jeet Ram Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Akhilesh Kumar, learned GA for the State/respondent/s. Also heard Mr. Venketesh Pandey, Advocate appears on behalf of Mr. Ranbir Singh Marhas, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
2. At the very outset, learned State counsel would submit that since the grievances raised by the petitioner has already been redressed, as such, the petition has became intructuous, to which the learned counsel for the petitioner has not objected.
3. Accordingly this petition is dismissed being infructuous.
