The appellant has preferred the present intra-court appeal assailing the interim order dated 29.12.2025, whereby the learned writ court has deferred consideration of the appellant’s application for grant of interim relief till next date of hearing and posted the matter for 06.02.2026. 2. We have heard learned Senior Counsel for the appellant and we do not find any reason to show indulgence at this stage, particularly when the learned writ court is seized of the matter and has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the respective parties. Rather we dispose of this intra-court appeal by preponing the date fixed by the 2 LPA No. 330/2025 learned writ court in the writ petition, which shall now be listed before the First Vacation Bench. 3.
