Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.137 of 2020 under Section 498-A of IPC at Gokavaram Police Station, Rajamahedravaram Urban District by his wife. He would further submit that the police are not interfering or pressurizing the petitioner to cancel the gift settlement deed dated 04.02.2019 executed in favour of unofficial respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
