Case No. 56 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 308(5)/61(2) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Mrs. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag. On 05.07.2024, Rangdari was demanded from the informant, who is a contractor carrying out the work of upgradation of Middle School, Giddi. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was also submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Milan Turi has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.1251/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag, or her successor, in connection with Giddi P.S.
