Leaned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that without taking Page No.# 2/2 cognizance, the Trial Court has issued summons to the present petitioner. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the issues raised in this matter shall be raised before the Trial Court and after hearing both the sides, the Trial Court shall decide this issue. 6.
