Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.1/District Magistrate, Meerut should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated September 29, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.1/District Magistrate, Meerut is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated September 29, 2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
