Withdrawal Application No.6 of 2025 The present withdrawal application has been filed with the prayer to dismiss the present petition in the light of the settlement agreement dated 16.07.2025 made between the parties, which is supported by an affidavit of Sri Arun Kumar Asthana, the Power of Attorney Holder of the petitioner's Company. It is stated in paragraph nos.2 &3 of the affidavit that according to the settlement agreement made between the parties on 16.07.2025, the necessary payment has already been made by the petitioner in favour of the respondent no.5, hence a prayer has been made to dismiss the present writ petition as withdrawn in view of the settlement agreement dated 16.07.2025. In view of the above, the present application is allowed. Order on Writ Petition In view of the order passed in the withdrawal application, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement dated 16.07.2025 made between the parties.
