Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submits that during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application, Charge-sheet has been submitted. It appears that though notice in respect of respondent No.2/informant was issued by this Court earlier and steps has also been duly taken for service of the said notice. However, the same is awaiting as on date. Be that as it may, since the Charge-Sheet has already been submitted vide Charge-sheet No. 19 dated 28.04.2025, this Court deems appropriate to dispose of the anticipatory bail application by giving liberty to the petitioner to appear before the jurisdictional trial Court and upon such appearance, the trial Court is at liberty to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
