This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein in taking action against the culprits pursuant to the complaints dt 1.3.2020 and 4.3.2020 followed by personal visits as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein to forthwith act upon the above mentioned complaints and punish the culprits in accordance with Law and to grant and pass.…”
2. There is no representation for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner for registration of crime. He would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the police. There shall be no order as to costs.
