Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for opp. Party no. 2. 2. The present revision has been filed against the order dated 10.10.2024 by which the application moved on behalf of the revisionists for discharge in Case Crime No. 159 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 308, 504, 325 I.P.C., police station Vindhyachal, District Mirzapur has been dismissed. 3. On the other hand learned counsel for opp. Party no. 2 states that pursuant to the charge-sheet filed in said case, the charge has been framed by the trial court on 08.04.2025 and the trial has already commenced. It has further been submitted that even examination of p.w.-1 is in progress and the present revision has lost its relevance. 4. Having regard to the fact that subsequent to the rejection of the discharge application, charge has been framed against the revisionists on 08.04.2025 and the trial is in progress, hence, this revision cannot be continued and same is liable to be dismissed.
