Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State is present. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No.24/2024, corresponding to G.R. No.204/2024, for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamshedpur. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No.7114/2024 vide order dated 28.10.2024. On 04.02.2024, the petitioner was apprehended at the spot, while he was robbing the informant. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
