JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH O R D E R 19-06-2025 Heard Mr. M. Rakesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Sharmila, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied for the time being if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commissioner (Law), Government of Manipur, to consider the representation dated 30-01-2024 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and also keeping in view the order dated 27-07-2022 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in WP(C) No. 643 of 2015 and to dispose of the same by issuing appropriate order within the stipulated period. Ms. Sharmila, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is confined to the consideration and disposal of the representation submitted by him, she has no objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
