By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. By bare perusal of the records, it appears that age of petitioner no.2 is below 21 years and as such, petitioners are not entitled to get any relief. 4. In view thereof, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5. However, it is made clear that the protection granted earlier to the petitioners is hereby discontinued and extension shall be subject to fresh assessment made by concerned police authority.
