This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or directions, more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action according to law against the party respondents invoking the provisions of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe [Prevention of Atrocities] Act 1989, in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint Dated 15.02.2019 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, malafide, unconstitutional violating Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and issue consequential directions, directing the Respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and investigation by an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police, and take action as per law including registering FIR against party respondents invoking the provisions of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe [Prevention of Atrocities Act] 1989, in pursuance of petitioner’s complaint Dated 15.02.2019, in protecting the fundamental rights and dignity of the petitioner, and to pass…”

Smt.S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in spite of several calls to the petitioner, for instructions, he is not coming forward to prosecute the case and hence, necessary orders may be rendered in the writ petition. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home is in attendance. 4.
