Heard Smt.S.Ayesha Azma, learned counsel, representing Sri Shaik Asif, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the matter is listed for pronouncement of judgment, the petitioner could not appear before the Court. On execution of non-bailable warrant, the petitioner appeared before the Court. The matter is coming up for judgment since 22.01.2025. Learned counsel would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. The matter is listed on 24.03.2025 for pronouncement of judgment. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, requesting the concerned Court to pronounce the judgment forthwith without further delay.
