This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in issuing notification dated 13.01.2020 under Act 30 of 2013 to acquire the lands of the petitioner. 3. The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit stating that alternative lands were selected in Komaravaram village in preference to the lands proposed earlier relating to the petitioner to an extent of Ac.4.47 cents in R.S.No.100-7 and 99-2 of Komaravaram Village. He further averred in the counter that the respondents have withdrawn from the acquisition of the lands of the petitioner. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
