Even in the revised call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present. 3. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that petitioners are living separately, wherein petitioner no. 1 is residing with her parents and as such prayer sought through the instant petition cannot be exceeded in favour of the petitioners. 5.
