Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Electricity Distribution Division-II, Hathras, District Hathras should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated April 19, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Electricity Distribution Division-II, Hathras, District Hathras is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated April 19, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
