In verification of his death, statement of village pradhan, Mahboob Hasan has been recorded. Death certificate duly issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Police Report of S.I. Mahesh Singh, Police Station Nagal, District Saharanpur has also been annexed. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has already passed away, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
