Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioners have approached this Court for the following main reliefs: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and commanding the respondents particularly respondent no.4 to make the admitted amount of the petitioners Rs.39,78,930/- with interest in terms of Official Letter Nos. 1376, 1377 & 1378 dated 13.10.2023 within specific period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Affidavits have been exchanged in this matter and in the affidavits specific averments have been made and documents have been produced indicating that completion certificate was not issued for the work carried out and the respondent authorities had raised an issue of substandard having been carried out by the petitioners. 4. In the light of the same, it is clear that there is no admission of the amount that has been claimed by the petitioners. Infact, we are of the view that dispute raised by the respondents are valid in nature. 5. In the light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances. Order Date :- 11.3.2025 P.P.
