This bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant- Rozu urf Rozudeen in Case Crime No. 739 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 333, 352, 115(2), 64(2), 65(1) BNS, Sections 9/10 POCSO Act and Sections 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act 2021, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat whereas, the investigating o3cer, after due investigation, submitted charge-sheet no. 598 dated 27.09.2024 against the applicant for the o5ence under Sections 333, 352 and 115(2) of BNS only, therefore, the applicant does not want to press this bail application and seeks a liberty to le fresh bail application. On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State has no objection to such prayer of the applicant. In view of the above, the instant criminal misc. withdrawal application is allowed. In Re: Criminal Misc. Bail Application In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
