Agarwal, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. M. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that by order dated 08.04.2025, the petitioners namely, i) Ashok Agarwal ii) Lalita Agarwal, and iii) Hemant Agarwal were allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court with certain conditions, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer of Gorchuk P.S. Case No.92/2025 and have co-operated in the investigation. Hence, he prays for making the interim anticipatory bail absolute. 2. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Mr. R. J. Baruah, has produced the Case Diary of Gorchuk P.S. Case No.92/2025 and has submitted that the statement of the petitioner under Section 181 of BNSS has been recorded by the Investigating Officer. 3. Since the petitioners has complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim Anticipatory Bail granted to them by order dated 08.04.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that they shall continue to co-operate in the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when so required by the Investigating Officer for the sake of investigation. 4.
