At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been submitted against the petitioners on 19.10.2024 and the competent court has taken cognizance. Against the said order, the petitioners have preferred an Application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. No. 20794 of 2025, which is still pending before this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners next submitted that in view thereof, the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned A.G.A. could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
