When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.K.Komalan, learned 2. counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is facing trial in the li 7 above case. Learned counsel would further submit that, on the given date the Petitioner could not appear before the Court, as such, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against her. Challenging the same, the present petition has been filed. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that when there is a remedy available to the Petitioner to file a petition to recall the warrant, this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is not maintainable. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 4. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the trial Court by filing an appropriate application to recall her warrant and on filing such application, the learned trial Judge may consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
