By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is owner of land bearing Survey No. 362/4 area of 0.202 hectares situated at Tehsil SHOAIB ANWAR Digitally signed by SHOAIB ANWAR Date: 2025.03.06 16:09:27 +0530 2 Dipka, District Korba, Chhattisgarh seeking either compensation or to remove the electric pole which has been installed without any consent from the petitoner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Electricity Company has installed electricity pole on the land of the petitioner without intimating and without obtaining any consent from the petitioner. The petitioner is repeatedly submitting representation to the company for removal of those electirc poles or to compensate the petitioner. The petitioner is raising his grievance by submitting representation since 2011, when he returned back to his village after his retirement from the government service. But till date the respondents have not considered the representation and the grievance of the petitioner are not being redress by any authority. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Company Mr. Mehta for respondent no. 1 & 2 would submit that the reprsentation at page no. 21 which has been filed by the petitioner on 10.07.2020 and 22.01.2025 before the Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. Korba. The Respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by providng sufÏcient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the counsel for the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondent/electricity company, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd Korba to decide the representation 3 pending before him within a period of 45 days in accordance with law after affording sufÏcient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
