(3) Learned State Counsel, however, submits that petitioner is serving as Lecturer in a Government Intermediate College and his high school certificate indicates his date of birth as 21.12.1966 and petitioner, now, wants to change the date birth to 30.7.1968. He submits that such change of date of birth at the fag end of career is not permissible. (4) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that competent authority be asked to take decision on his representation, one way or the other. (5) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Secretary, Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj to consider and decide petitioner’s representation dated 26.6.2025, as per law, one way or the other, within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
