Hon'ble Saurabh Srivastava,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. In pursuance to order dated 24.01.2025, the efforts has been made by corpus but the same were all in vain. 3. Just to secure the interest of the family, Mukesh Kumar/corpus is hereby requested to take her wife back from her native place i.e., Uma Nagar Pili Cothi ke Pass, Dori Nagar Bhadesi Mafi, P.S. Gandhi Park, District Aligarh on dated 02.03.2025, since the assurance has been given by learned counsel appearing for wife of corpus that she is also ready to lead her peaceful married life with corpus. 4. S.H.O., Gandhi Park is hereby directed to ensure compliance of the order in shape of providing adequate security to the corpus in shape of one Sub-Inspector and a lady Constable, so that no hindrance may be caused between the husband and the wife for going back to Village Padki, Police Station Gonad, District Aligarh. 5. Learned AGA is hereby requested to intimate this order to S.H.O. Gandhi Park through Senior Superintendent of Police, Aligarh, within 24 hours. 6. There is hardly any illegal detention carried out by any one as alleged in the petition and as such the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
