This is plaintiffs Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the C.P.C. against the judgment and decree dated 25.08.2009 passed in Civil Appeal No. 11-A/09 by 8th Additional District Judge (F.T.C.) Bilaspur whereby the judgment and decree dated 12.01.2009 passed by 3rd Civil Judge, Class-II, Bilaspur in C.S. No. 20-A/07 has been modified. 3 2. Learned counsel for both the parties would submit that during pendency of the appeal, the land has already been handed over to the appellants/plaintiffs and this was supported by an affidavit of the then Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, as such the judgment and decree is fully satisfied by the subsequent action of the respondents. 3. Thus, this appeal has lost its significance. 4. Accordingly, the instant second appeal is disposed of.
