By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.629 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023 registered with Police Station Manglaur, District Haridwar under Sections 376 and 506 IPC. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, a final report has already been filed by the police against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
