In compliance with the earlier order made in this petition, written instructions dated 28.02.2025 have been received by the learned Standing Counsel, signed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nizamabad, District-Azamgarh. A xerox copy of those instructions have been produced before this Court. Let it be retained on record and made part of it. The material part of the instructions dated 28.02.2025 reads: "1. यह कक गग्राम कनिज़ग्राममुदद्दीनिपटद्दी, परगनिग्रा व तहसद्दील कनिज़ग्रामग्राबग्राद, जजिलग्रा आजिमगढ़ मम ससस्थित गग्राटग्रा ससंख्यग्रा 235 रकबग्रा 0.013 हहे० वतरमग्रानि रग्राजिसव अकभिलहेख मम चकमग्रागर कहे खग्रातहे मम असंककत हहै। 2- यह ककी चकमग्रागर गग्राटग्रा ससंख्यग्रा 235 रकबग्रा 0.013 हहे० कग्रा उभिय पकक्षों ककी ममौजिजूदगद्दी मम सद्दीमग्रासंकनि ककयग्रा गयग्रा जजिसकहे आसंकशिक कहेत्रफल पर कवपकद्दीगण इसशतयग्राक अहमद आकद दग्रारग्रा अपनिद्दी भिजूकमधरद्दी मम ससममजलत करकहे कक कषि कग्रायर ककयग्रा जिग्रा रहग्रा स्थिग्रा। 3- यह कक गग्राटग्रा ससंख्यग्रा 235 रकबग्रा 0.013 हहेक्टहेयर कको तत्कग्राल अकतक्रमण ममुक्त करग्रा कदयग्रा गयग्रा। 4- यह कक वतरमग्रानि मम चकमग्रागर गग्राटग्रा ससंख्यग्रा 235 रकबग्रा 0.013 हहे ० खग्रालद्दी हको चमुकग्रा हहै। 5- उपरकोक्त कग्रारण सहे यग्राकचकग्रा बलहद्दीनि हहै तस्थिग्रा कनिरसत हकोनिहे यकोग्य हहै।" There is also a spot memo, signed by witnesses regarding proceedings for removal of encroachment dated 23.02.2025. Two photographs printed on plain-sheets are annexed to the instruction papers. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute facts which the learned Standing Counsel has stated on the strength of written instructions. In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record.
