By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kushinagar to decide the Criminal Case No.10340 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No.242 of 2022, under sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and 3/4 of Medical Practitioners Act, P.S. Kotwali Padrauna, District Kushinagar within stipulated time. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the proceeding of this case is pending since 2022 but no progress has been made so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within some specific time frame. 4. The instant application is disposed of with a direction to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kushinagar to consider and decide the Criminal Case No.10340 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No.242 of 2022, under sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and 3/4 of Medical Practitioners Act, P.S. Kotwali Padrauna, District Kushinagar, expeditiously in accordance with the roster of the Court.
