Heard Mr. Yogesh Kumar Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent No.1/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- “(i) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to this case for it’s kind perusal; (ii) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and further be pleased to modify the order dated 04.02.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the Hon’ble High Court in Cr.M.P. No. 443/2025 between Amit Kumar bhatpahri and Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Another by granting some further time to deposit cost; and (iii) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioners in the interest of justice. 3. This Court, vide order dated 04.02.2025, while dismissing the petition as withdrawn, had directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 2000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from the date of passing of the order. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a mistake occurred 3 on the part of the counsel of the petitioners. When the order was being dictated, the counsel failed to understand the order and he was under impression that the cost is to be paid within two weeks but when he received the certified copy of the order dated on 13.02.2025, he came to know that the cost was to be paid just within one week from the date of the order dated 04.02.2025 but by that time the period of one week was already expired and consequently, the cost could not be paid. Accordingly, he prays for grant of some time for depositing the said amount. 5. Learned counsel for the other side has no objection. 6. The prayer made by the petitioners appears to be reasonable. Hence, the petitioners are granted further two weeks’ and no more time from today to deposit the amount as was ordered by this Court on 04.02.2025 in Cr.M.P. No. 443 of 2025. 7. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of. Sd/- Sd/- Sd/- Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) (Ramesh Sinha) Judge Chief Justice Bablu
