This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 1.9.2024, in Case Crime No. 061 of 2024, under Sections 351(2) BNS, Police Station Dashaswamegh, District Kashi Commissionerate Varanasi. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant submits that in the present case chargesheet has already been submitted before the Court, cognizance whereof has been taken by the Court concerned on 21.10-2024 (certified copy of the chargesheet filed by the learned counsel for the informant is taken on record) and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
