The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 24222 of 2022, (State Vs. Aparna Mishra and others) arising out of N.C.R. No. 33 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station- Raipurwa, District- Kanpur Nagar, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 20.11.2023 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate III, Kanpur Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
