GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not connected with Crime No.590 of 2024 on the file of A.S.Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada City and the 2 petitioners herein are not even arrayed as accused in the said Crime. But the respondent Police are calling the petitioners to the Police Station and are disturbing the mental peace of the petitioners. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that they are not calling the petitioners to the Police Station. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage itself by directing the respondent Police not to summon the petitioners to the Police Station, without following the due process of law. 5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
