SC FOR AP STATE HOUSING CORPORATION The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent authorities in insisting the petitioners to give an undertaking duly notarized pursuant to the Circular bearing Rc.No.A5/1205/2018/OSWI (Genl) dt. 12-3-2019. issued by the 1st respondent to deprive the petitioners of their lawful right to claim any aspect from the 1st respondent corporation, as being illegal, arbitrary, unilateral and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the Circular dt.12-3-2019 by direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to insist the petitioners to execute the 2 undertaking, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit the by virtue of interim order passed by this Court dated 01.05.2019, the petitioner gave undertaking as per the Circular dated 12.03.2019 complying all the requirements and they have been continuing in service and getting their salaries. Learned counsel would further submit that no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Housing Corporation, appearing for the 5th respondent and Sri R.Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. State Housing Corporation, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, are in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
