Issue writ of certiorari to quashing the impugned order dated 28.06.1991 passed by the respondent no. 3 in suit no. 112 of 90-91 under section 33/39 L.R. Act and order dated 30.10.1992 passed by the respondent no. 2. in revision no. 230 of 1991 under section 210 L.R. Act, (Kunwar Pal Singh Vs. Jaggannath and others) regarding the correction in the revenue record." Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection as to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that it has been filed with a great delay of 33 years years since passing of the order. According to learned Standing Counsel, no explanation has been given in the writ petition for approaching this Court at such a belated stage. I have perused the material on record and find that no good reason has been given in the writ petition to explain the delay and latches for approaching this Court after 33 years.
