Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 28.07.2025:- “Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed on record copy of Pension Payment Order dated 28.05.2025, authorizing and sanctioning family pension in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received family pension till date. Learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions imparted by the concerned Treasury Officer, submits that there were some codal formalities required to be completed at the end of the petitioner. For that reason, pension could not be released in petitioner’s favour. Learned Additional Advocate General assures that family pension due and admissible to the petitioner, shall be released in her favour within next two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner also assures due co-operation of the petitioner in completion of requisite codal formalities. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
