This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 conduct the partition of property/Arazi No. 168, 203, 283 situated in village Sultanpur Ghughari, Pargana Anguli, Tehsil-Shahganj, District- Jaunpur in pursuance of Lekhpal report/Faat dated 20.01.2017. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to take necessary action on the representation of petitioner dated 14.10.2024 within stipulated period which is pending before the respondent No.3." 2. The prayer made in writ petition cannot be granted by this Court while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as petitioner is claiming partition over the land in dispute for which he has a remedy of filing of partition suit under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. No direction can be issued by this Court in view of report of Lekhpal. 3. Writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
