Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 07.08.2024 passed by respondent No. 2/Commissioner Basti Region, Basti in Appeal No. 1077 of 2024 (Computer Case No. C202417000001077) (Jarrar Husain Vs. Abdul Jabbar & others) under Section - 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. (Annexure No. 1)." 3. By the order impugned, the appellate court has granted interim injunction in favour of the appellants. The petitioner is respondent in the appeal. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing stay vacation application against the order impugned. 5. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 6. However, it is provided that in case, the petitioner moves an application for vacating the interim injunction before the court below, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment. 7.
