This petition has been filed with the prayer to command the respondents not to harass the petitioner in any manner until the disposal of the objection dated 1.10.2022, pending before respondent No.1. 3. The property in question has already been declared as enemy property. The reference before the Central Government is stated to be pending under Section 18 of the Enemy Property Act, 1968. 4. In such circumstances, we do not find any occasion to interfere in the matter at this stage. 5. It is, however, provided that the pending reference before respondent No.1 would be concluded expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. 6.
