1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following order:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as A.5 to A.7 in Crime No.33 of 2025 of Yerraguntla U/G police station, YSR Kadapa District, for the alleged offence under Sections 324, 506, 509 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
3. The learned counsel further submits that on account of certain disputes, the petitioners filed a complaint on 25.01.2025 against the 2nd respondent and his relatives; as such, the present complaint is filed as a

counterblast alleging that the petitioners have beaten up the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant.
4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that on account of the injuries reflected on the 2nd respondent, he was referred to the hospital for treatment, and the wound certificate would indicate that the injuries are grievous in nature and, as such, after receipt of wound certificate, the provision of the law was altered from Sections 324 to 326 of I.P.C.
5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Station House Officer, Yerraguntla U/G Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, shall complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners as long as they cooperate with the investigation in connection with Crime No.33 of 2025. This would not preclude the station house officer/ investigation officer from filing a charge sheet or final report.
6. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off.
7. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH. N BV
